Ajk elections: Two polling stations declared sensitive

ISLAMABAD: Of the nine polling stations set up in Islamabad for the AJK Legislative Assembly (LA) polls, two have been declared sensitive by the Islamabad Police. Kashmiri refugees residing in Islamabad will poll their votes for two constituencies, LA-35 (Jammu-6) and LA-40 (Valley-5). A total of five polling stations have been set up for LA-35: two at Rawat and one each at G-9/2, Khanna Dak and Kot Hathial. Polling station No 1 at Islamabad Model College for Girls G-9/2 has been declared sensitive. A letter by the Special Branch to IGP Tariq Masood Yasin has warned against possible violence at this polling station.
