KALLAR SYEDAN: Police have booked two persons for beating and torturing an aged man. Muhammad Razzaq, a resident of Dhamali, 70, lodged a complaint with the Kallar Syedan police that Mazhar and Moazzam allegedly thrashed him and tied him with a rope and left.
