Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

There’s a difference between the frank discussions you enjoy, and conversations that are forthright but way too long. And now, when others just won’t stop talking, you’re urged to be patient. It may take forever, but you soon realise what they have to say isn’t just important, it’s crucial.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

It’s the rare Taurus who’s enthusiastic about sudden changes. Yet even you are getting impatient about certain intriguing ideas that have been endlessly discussed but are going nowhere. With both your ruler Venus and Mercury already accenting these, and being joined by the Sun on Thursday, action is likely.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

During the first half of July, events have forced you to concentrate on business and financial matters. While this hasn’t exactly been thrilling, you’ve dealt with a number of things and learnt a lot in the process. Still, you’ll be relieved the planetary focus is shifting from those practicalities to having fun.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

The current Full Moon is powerfully linked to the Cancer New Moon, on the 4th. Most of the breakthroughs it triggered were straightforward, and you took action right away. However, several needed the approval or backing of others. Tackle these now. While most will be easy, you’ll struggle with a few.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

These few days, the period just prior to the Sun’s move into your sign this Friday, are both crucial and frustrating. You’ve a right to be exasperated with the series of details and obligations you’ve been dealing with. Tedious as these are, you’ll be glad you tackled those few that remain.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

After a period that’s been as demanding as it’s been productive, you need a break. First, it would be wise for you to back off from all you’ve been doing and dealing with. Better yet, you’ll be calm enough to embrace the heart-warming events that accompany the current Full Moon.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

The situations you dealt with and decisions you made during July’s first half were crucial, so dealing with them was a relief. Now several loose ends remain, some involving practicalities, others the people involved. Urgent as these seem, few are. Tackle those that are pressing. The rest can wait til later.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Every Full Moon brings emotions to a head. However, because the current one accents close relationships with family, loved ones or even intimate friends, you’re already well aware of the issues involved. Now, however, discussions are unavoidable. Much as you’ve been dreading these, they’ll be as easy as they are productive.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

Sometimes minor issues are exactly that, differences that can be dealt with swiftly or, in some cases, ignored. Straightforward as those you’re currently facing seem, it’s the reverse. The more you delve into them, the more aware of their complexity, and the need to focus on them in depth, you’ll become.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

While you can plan ahead for events, preparing for the heightened emotions triggered by the current Capricorn Full Moon is another matter. However, you can be aware that if you’re on edge, anxious or even upset, those feelings could diminish as swiftly as the light of the Full Moon wanes.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

When you were actually living through the past week’s misunderstandings and clashes, it wasn’t much fun. Yet now that you’re looking back on what you dealt with and learnt, your irritation has turned to gratitude. So much that you’re wondering whether you bypassed any vital points. It’s worth doing a little investigation.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Initially, one particular individual might seem moody. But as you learn more, you’ll realise they’re actually wrestling with complex personal issues, and these are spilling over into the rest of their thinking and life. While you may not be able to help them, you can make an effort to be understanding.
