Allegations: Woman blames brothers-in-law for miscarriage

An additional district and sessions judge on Saturday sought comments from the Kot Lakhpat SHO on a petition filed by a woman seeking a case against her brothers-in-law blaming them for a miscarriage.

Rimsha Bibi submitted that she was six months pregnant when her brother Mujahid and brothers-in-law Mashooqa, Yaseen and Umar had a fight. She said she was trying to mediate when one of her brothers-in-law kicked in the belly resulting in a miscarriage.
