Stealing fuel: NAB arrests OGDCL employee

KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Karachi, claimed to have apprehended an employee of the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) wanted in a case registered with them. According to NAB Karachi’s spokesperson, the accused, identified as Hussain Buksh Narejo, was arrested during a raid conducted on a tip-off in Hyderabad. “While serving as store in-charge at OGDCL, Narejo has remained involved in pilferage of diesel amounting to Rs190million,” explained the spokesperson.
