Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

Don’t make the mistake of assuming that if you leave crucial decisions to others, they’ll ignore the ideas you’ve discussed. On the contrary, they’re bound to include both what you’ve talked about and, even more important, consult you about your feelings as arrangements progress. You’ll be involved at every stage.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Only days ago you’d have rejected ideas or offers that are exciting, but would have meant making substantial changes in elements of your life. Since then, you’ve realised these aren’t actually that important and, even more, those opportunities are as rare as they are thrilling. Hopefully, you’ve already said yes.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

The time has come to say farewell to certain arrangements that were once central to your life. They were, in fact, a real joy. Still, times have changed and so have your own personal circumstances, which suggests that if you can’t substantially alter these, you need to consider letting them go.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

While it’s understandable you’d rather resolve issues by finding a compromise that everybody can live with, it won’t work. In fact, you know exactly how tricky, and familiar, matters need to be dealt with. It’s just certain individuals are behaving like spoilt brats. Take a tough line. It’s the only solution.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

Decisions may seem pressing, but you’re both short of facts and lacking conviction. Although the move by your ruler the Sun into Leo, on the 22nd, seems ages from now, it will boost your spirits and clarify your thinking, enough you’ll be relieved you put off those dealing with those matters.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

There are many ways to say the single word ‘no’. You often worry that in refusing others you’ll cause upset. Consequently, you sometimes over-explain, which then causes confusion. At the moment, however, it’s vital you be frank, and make it abundantly clear what you’re agreeing to, and what you’re not.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Few things are worse than disappointing those to whom you’ve made promises. However, you’ve had no control over certain matters. The fact is, these are influencing them, as well. As a result, they’re also wresting with unexpected changes, which means they’ll understand exactly what you’re dealing with.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Powerful aspects, this week and next, to the courageous Mars, which is currently positioned in Scorpio, suggest the time has come to stand your ground, and in a variety of situations. Some of these will be easy, if not a relief. Others, however, are more complex, and will require time and thought.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

While you’re a fire sign, so not at all reluctant about airing your views, you’re in an odd position. If you say too much, you could complicate already tricky situations. If you can’t remain silent, simply busy yourself elsewhere, with other matters. Once the mood’s calmer, you can revisit these.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Even those closest to you are unaware of the self doubts you often wrestle with. This is very much the case now. Instead of keeping these matters to yourself, discuss them frankly with those closest. Not only are they more conscious of these than you think, they’ll be unexpectedly helpful.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

If life has been frustrating recently, it’s no surprise. It may seem the fates are determined to block you at every turn. Certainly with adverse aspects involving both your ruler Uranus and Pluto, obstacles are inevitable. Yet, within days, you’ll realise these were preventing you making commitments you’d later regret.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

If certain individuals are in a difficult mood, as is likely now and over the coming week, say the minimum. And if you can’t avoid conversations, steer clear of them entirely. This may seem unkind but you’ll soon realise they needed to tackle, and resolve, certain tricky matters on their own.
