Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

Leaving crucial decisions in the hands of somebody who’ll debate the pluses and minuses of certain plans seems to you a complete waste of time. However, not only is this individual in charge, their understanding of the complexities involved will actually streamline the process, as you’ll soon be surprised to discover.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

When you kept certain facts to yourself, it was because you knew they’d upset others and, what’s more, they weren’t of much significance. Now things have changed, enough the individuals in question deserve to know what’s what. Tell them, both why you said nothing and why you’re speaking up now.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Nobody has a better sense than you do about when even serious matters can be dealt with humorously and when they need a more cautious, if not diplomatic, approach. The latter isn’t just wise, current discussions and the decisions they’re leading are crucial, and will require both thought and in depth analysis.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

Long ago you realised that certain individuals have an instinct for turning what are really minor issues into dramas. Now that you’re dealing with what are rather tricky matters, those same individuals are being surprisingly helpful. It’s as if their need for theatrics is being satisfied by the situation in question.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

This is one of the perplexing periods during which, while some things are falling into place magically, others are going wrong at every turn. The fact is, the actual foundation these are based on is unstable, which suggests you’ll need to rethink all those plans, the easily organised and less so.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

The New Moon, with its accompanying fresh perspective, took place a few days ago. But it’s only now that you’re realising how much the resulting insights explain, especially about certain individuals. Knowing both what others have been facing and those frustrations they’ve been experiencing, it’s no surprise they’ve been so bad-tempered.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Few things are lonelier than having to make crucial decisions on your own. Yet the situation in question is yours, and yours alone, to deal with. Discuss your plans and ideas with others and you’ll waste hours, if not days, talking things over when you’re already sure what must be done.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

When you first decided to keep certain facts to yourself, it was both because they weren’t anybody’s business but yours yet, and they’d little influence on others. Now, suddenly, they do. Actually, there are one or two individuals for whom these are crucial. Explain everything, soon, and in detail.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

Yet again you’re in a situation where others want to refine arrangements, dealing with everything in detail, while you regard this as unnecessary. You could argue your case, point by point, but it would take longer than gathering those details they’re seeking. Better still, what you learn will prove unexpectedly useful.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Although, on rare occasions, you can be temperamental, by and large you’d rather things go your way in the long run than have the last word in a single battle. Yet you’re now facing one conflict after another. Frustrating as they are, each is adding valuable insights to your knowledge.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

The twists and turns you’re facing this week aren’t about mere changes. They’re about rethinking certain arrangements, and even habits, that once suited you but no longer do. While you’ve long been aware of this, actually changing these is another matter. The time has come. You need only take that first step.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Planning ahead may be a virtue. Now, however, it might get you in trouble. In fact, it could create complications in situations that are better left to unfold in their own manner and at their own rate. Changes that arise within a week or so will bring things together, and magically.
