Prolonged Load-Shedding: Dozens unconscious in Hangu, Bannu

HANGU/ BANNU: Dozens of people fell unconscious in Hangu and Bannu owing to the heat wave and unscheduled load-shedding. They were subsequently shifted to the hospital. While speaking to The Express Tribune, a local said they were facing unscheduled power outages during the month of Ramazan. “Our sehr, taraweeh and iftar are disrupted by darkness and suffocation,” he said. Separately, several children and adults fell unconscious due to the scorching heat in Bannu. They were rushed to the hospital.
