Petition: FIR sought in forgery case

The petitioner told the court that Parveen had filed a suit against him which was pending before a family court

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Wednesday sought comments from the Islampura SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking the registration of a case against a woman for forging a court notice. Petitioner Muhammad Sarwar told the court that Parveen had filed a suit against him which was pending before a family court. “She forged court summons, directing me to appear for a hearing on July 21,” he said. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register a case against them.
