A double role: New commandant demanded

BATKHELA: Locals of the Malakand Division have demanded officials the appointment a new commandant for the levies forces as the DC has taken charge of two positions. Locals claim the Malakand deputy commissioner is also the levies commandant. They claimed the DC is never available at his office as he is busy with other duties. This has sparked an outrage among the people. They urged the chief minister, chief secretary and home secretary to appoint either a new DC.
