CHITRAL: Residents and PTI workers have appreciated Imran Khan and the provincial government for allocating funds in the budget for a university in Chitral district. While addressing a news conference  at the Chitral Press Club, Aftab M Alam, Muhammad Qasim and former district councillor Abdual Latif issued this statement. “Previous governments used delaying tactics to the university campus in the district, but this Khattak-led government had allocated funds for a full-fledged university,” said Aftab Alam. He said residents of Chitral were devoted to education and had a 90% literacy rate. He added 34,000 students of the district were enrolled in other cities for higher education. “The dreams of those students who are struggling economically will come true.”
