Grab a tissue because this ad is guaranteed to make you cry.

In our part of the world, it's never easy to pursue a career which doesn't conform to a patriarchal society's self-imposed rules governing what women can and can't do. And that's exactly what QMobile's latest ad sets out to challenge.

The story is about a young woman who wants to be a cricketer. Unsurprisingly, her father isn't supportive but that doesn't stop her from trying to fulfill her dream.

What happens next is a lesson for not just all parents but also young people -- girls as well as boys -- who feel pressured at various stages in life; from taking courses in school and college because that's what their mother and father want to study or taking up a particular job because that's what they're "supposed" to do.
