Separate cases : Bail granted to six suspects

The court also confirmed pre-arrest bail of Muhammad Usman Siddiqui, booked by Koral police for cheque fraud

ISLAMABAD: At least six suspects were granted bail in separate cases by sessions courts on Wednesday.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (East) Raja Khurram Ali Khan granted bail before arrest to Shahid Khan and Ahmed Shah who had been booked by Khanna police for beating up a man.

Adil Iqbal, who was booked by Shahzad Town police for theft and trespass, was granted pre-arrest bail by the same court.

Munawwar Shaheen, who was booked by Koral police for forging property documents, and defrauding a man of Rs750,000 on May 10, was granted bail by Additional District and Sessions Judge (East) Wajid Ali.

Similarly, Additional District and Sessions Judge (East) Shahrukh Arjumand accepted bail after-arrest plea of Izrar Hussain, who was arrested by Shahzad Town police for allegedly attempting to murder another person, against surety bonds of Rs100,000.

The court also confirmed pre-arrest bail of Muhammad Usman Siddiqui, booked by Koral police for cheque fraud.
