District govt report: Legal matters discussed

PESHAWAR: A meeting was held under the chairmanship of K-P Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar to examine the legal and constitutional question as to whether the report of district government pertaining to the year 2013-14 is required to be laid before the assembly or the local government institution.

It was decided that the word government should be deleted from the report. The speaker said that local government institution will further be strengthened with decision.
