It is imperative that you keep yourself hydrated, consume a well-balanced diet and make the right choice of food and drinks throughout the month for a healthier mind and body.

Anonymous | 8 years ago | Reply I've been eating nutritious food (mostly the ones mentioned) at both Sehri and Iftar time and from my experience; 1) I feel more energized and less sluggish througout the day. 2) It fills you up but makes you a bit hungry afterwards (which is what we should feel, isn't that's the whole point of "FASTING" ?). 3) It's healthier and it will keep your heart happy. Trust me on this one it will take time for you to get used to it. But once you'll master the art of eating healthy you''ll never think otherwise.
