Terrible : Child dies, six injured in accident

DERA GHAZI KHAN: A child died and six members of a family were injured in a road accident in Dera Ghazi Khan on Monday. Police said Muhammad Shoaib had taken his family to Fort Munro for the day. He was on his way back to Dajal when a passenger van approaching from the opposite direction rammed into his car at Rakhi Gaaj.  Shoaib’s three-year-old daughter Mehrunnisa died on the spot and six other family members, including four women, were injured. A rescue team arrived at the scene and took those injured to the hospital for treatment. Doctors later said their condition was stable.
