Lucrative business: Bootlegging constable nabbed

Baghbanpura police claimed on Saturday to have nabbed a police constable for bootlegging.

Officials said police had conducted a raid at a hideout after being tipped-off and nabbed Irfan. Police claimed to have seized hundreds of bottles of imported and local liquor during the raid. Officials said an FIR had been registered against the policeman. Police said Irfan had been working as a reader at the office of the Misri Shah DSP. Officials said the City SP had suspended him following his arrest.
