Knowledge Platform, a company that provides innovations in learning, launched on Wednesday a year-long digital learning challenge, Learn Smart Pakistan (LSP) 2016.

LSP provides students and teachers a platform to access the curriculum being taught in Pakistan through specially designed lessons, which are fun and engaging.

It provides free access to more than 800 video lectures, over 10,000 assessments questions, and 50 educational games on its website. It also has a boot camp on lesson planning and online teaching skills for teachers; and a writing workshop for students.

“Pakistan’s education system needs to make a shift from focusing on rote learning to active learning. One of knowledge platform’s key focus areas is developing programmes such as Learn Smart Pakistan that will help push this shift toward reality,” Talha Munir Khan, country director of knowledge platform, said.
