FAISALABAD: The recently recruited patrolling police in Faisalabad have complained of non-payment of their salaries for the months of December and January.

The officials said that 108 constables were inducted into the patrolling police in December and were under-training in Chuhng Training Centre, Lahore.

The patrolling officials said that they were facing economic restraints due to non payment of their salaries for two months.

On the other hand, a patrolling police spokesperson said that the data of all the newly selected officials has been sent to the district accounts office and the matter will be resolved within a few days.

He said the patrolling police accounts branch was not responsible for the delay.
