Vacant Position: Advocate Shorish new member DTI

ISLAMABAD: Advocate General Islamabad (AGI) Mian Abdul Rauf on Friday appointed Advocate Javed Salim Shorish as member of Disciplinary Tribunal, Islamabad (DTI). As member of Disciplinary Tribunal, he will hear and adjudicate cases of lawyers’ misconduct as appellate forum against the decisions of Islamabad Bar Council (IBC) Disciplinary Committee. It is worth mentioning that Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi is chairman of the Tribunal and IBC Member Fayyaz Ahmad Jandran is second member of the Disciplinary Tribunal and now on Friday AG Islamabad issued notification of Javed Salim Shorish as second member on the tribunal on one vacant seat. Shorish was one of the five Members of Islamabad Bar Council.
