Ending corruption: CJP urges anti-graft body to improve working

ISLAMABAD:


The Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali emphasised upon the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman for further improvements in the working of the anti-graft body to eradicate corruption.


Chairman NAB Qamar Zaman Chaudhry called on the CJP in Supreme Court and presented the bureau’s Year Book 2015 to him.


According to the press statement, Chaudhry assured the chief justice that all efforts will be made to prosecute corrupt elements at the given judicial forum.


The chief justice appreciated NAB’s performance and remarked that it has played an important role in curbing corruption in the country.
