PESHAWAR: Peshawar Electric Supply Company Chief Executive Officer Anwarul Haq Yousufzai has expressed dissatisfaction over the poor performance of Swabi and Mardan circles. He issued warnings to the employees of the two regions and asked them to improve recovery outcomes and control line losses. He expressed these views during a meeting with the officials from Swabi and Mardan on Sunday, a press release issued by the power utility stated.  He instructed officers to improve their performance by the end of April or action will be taken against them. The Pesco chief pointed out officials failed to implement photo-metre-reading (a process under which metre reading is recorded by taking photos). He said the perks, privileges and promotions of the officers will be stopped if they failed to show satisfactory performance. He said, “Unless and until performance is not improved, complaints cannot be stopped. We should try our best to facilitate the masses.”
