The trailer of the much-awaited film Dobara Phir Se is out and will leave you wanting for more.

Mehreen Jabbar’s directorial starring Sanam Saeed, Adeel Husain, Hareem Farooq, Ali Kazmi, Tooba Siddiqui, Atiqa Odho and Shaz Khan in key roles is a tale of growing friendships and relationships.

First look of 'Dobara Phir Se' unveiled

By the looks of it, the one-minute trailer is reminiscent of Bollywood's 2011 hit Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara -- but with a lot more emotion and drama.

Mehreen's directorial prowess is evident as the film, shot across Karachi and New York, seems to offer a complete cinematic experience.

The film's first look was unveiled earlier this month.


In an exclusive interview with The Express Tribune, Mehreen revealed that Dobara Phir Se is the story of two soul-mates who meet each other at different junctures in their lives and are unable to start their relationship due to various complications.

The background score for the film has been composed by Haniya Aslam of Zeb and Haniya fame, with multiple singers like Jimmy Khan, Shiraz Uppal and Indian vocalist Rekha Bhardwaj contributing to the soundtrack.
