Precautionary Measures: Sindh govt prepares to beat the heat

K-Electric has up-graded 58 feeders and installed 1100 new transformers

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah directed the local government and district administration all over the province to take concrete measures to avoid causalities during the upcoming heat wave. “It is our responsibility to protect people from the heatwave.” He said this at a meeting on preparations for heat wave at CM House Hyder Shah said people should stay indoors or under shade especially from 12pm to 4pm. K-Electric has up-graded 58 feeders and installed 1100 new transformers, he said.
