Robbery: Five arrested for snatching cash

Police have arrested the suspects, identified as Babar Hashim, Fawad Ali, Abdul Hakeem and others

ISLAMABAD:

Kohsar police have arrested five persons for allegedly obstructing a public servant from performing his duty and snatching cash from him.

Muhammad Farooq Azam told the police that he had come from NAB Lahore to confiscate House No 17 on College Road in Sector F-7/2, to hand it over to the legal owner, but five persons obstructed him and also stole Rs50,000 from him.

Police have arrested the suspects, identified as Babar Hashim, Fawad Ali, Abdul Hakeem, Naeem Khan and Abid Khan.
