Fake BISP survey forms: Marvi Memon warns people against fraudsters

The BISP Chairperson reiterated that during the pilot phase, re-survey would be initiated by middle of this year

People should avoid falling prey to schemes of fraudulent elements, who were trying to sell fake Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) survey forms in return for money, Minister of State and Chairperson of BISP MNA Marvi Memon said on Friday.


He was responding to questions raised by beneficiaries of BISP who called her from all over the country during a programme aired by Radio Pakistan.


The BISP Chairperson reiterated that during the pilot phase, re-survey would be initiated by middle of this year in 15 districts and a tribal agency: Mirpur (Azad Kashmir), Charsadda, Lakki Marwat, Haripur (K-P), Chakwal, Layyah, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur (Punjab), Jacobabad, Sukkur, Thatta (Sindh), Gilgit (Gilgit-Baltistan), Qila Saifullah, Kech, Nasirabad (Balochistan) and Mohmand Agency (FATA).


The country-wide re-survey would be initiated after the completion of the pilot phase, she said. Callers from all over Pakistan informed the BISP Chairperson of their problems.
