AB de Villiers is undoubtedly the most entertaining cricketer on planet earth at the moment and his magical willow-wielding skills are second to none when it comes to playing unorthodox shots.

In a recent tutorial video with Nasser Hussain, however, where he was simulating his technique to play the sweep shot, the South African batsman revealed that he learned the art by watching right-hand Pakistani veteran batsman Younus Khan.

Younus Khan ready to make any sacrifice for Pakistan cricket

While revealing the tricks of the for a sweep shot, he said: "I just make sure I get as low as possible. I don't like the ball to beat me under the bottom of my bat while I am sweeping. So, I always try and sweep it like a broom; I learnt that from Younus Khan, the Pakistani batsman."

He further said: "I mean he gets his bat very very low. He doesn't mind getting out to a top-edge but he doesn't want to get LBW or bowled."
