Defaulting On Payment: Court issues arrest warrant for engineer

KHAIRPUR: A banking court issued on Friday non-bailable warrant against an engineer for defaulting on payment. The special judge of banking court no 2, Jan Muhammad Lanjar, issued non-bailable warrants against Scarp Kotdiji and Tharimirwah drainage assistant executive engineer Habibullah Jagirani. The suspect had taken an agriculture loan from various banks and did not return these loans, or appeared before the court. The court also directed Khairpur SSP to arrest Jagirani and produce him before the court.
