Due Punishment : Man sentenced to four years in prison

KHAIRPUR: A district and sessions court sentenced on Monday a man to four years in prison after convicting him of illegal possession of weapon. B-section police arrested Altaf last year for possession of an unlicensed pistol and seized the weapon from him. Additional district and sessions judge Abdul Rehman Qazi sentenced Narejo to four years in jail and imposed a Rs50,000 fine on him. Default in payment by the convict will result in additional six months imprisonment.
