PESHAWAR:
The anti-corruption department produced two suspects in the LRH medicine purchase case and obtained their 15-day police custody. Public prosecutor Khalid Afridi and anti-corruption inspector explained the reasons for requiring the custody and requested a 15-day police remand. The judicial magistrate ordered two-day police custody and handed over Tariq khan, storekeeper of LRH, and supplier/owner Rafiq khan of Asim Medicose for the stipulated time period.
