ANP parliamentary leader Sardar Hussain Babak has urged the government to release funds for the construction of Kundal Dam, stated a press release issued on Saturday. Babak said the project will irrigate 13,340 acres of barren land. He said the project was approved in 2012 and the tenders regarding its construction have already been made public. However, the K-P government was reluctant to fulfil its responsibilities. The ANP leader said instead of making “tall claims” regarding development in the province, the PTI-led provincial government must release funds for all approved schemes and projects.
