Body found: Woman strangled to death

KOHAT: The body of a woman was recovered by police near the Indus Highway in Kohat. Her identity could not be ascertained. Kohat police said the woman was strangled to death using a rope around her neck. The police buried the body after an autopsy and registered an FIR against unidentified killers. On Sunday, a teenage girl with her throat slit was found in the jurisdiction of the Banamarhi police station. A Banamarhi policeman told The Express Tribune the deceased was 16 years of age and her throat was slit with a sharp object. The killers dumped the body in an open field in Kotla Mohsin Khan.
