PESHAWAR: The decision taken by the K-P government to allow the textbook board to invite nationwide tenders will result in the closure of 97% printing presses in the province, rendering thousands of labourers jobless. This was shared by Frontier Printers and Publishers Association President Iqtidar Ali Akhunzada who was talking to the media. He said the decision left local printers and publishers in a lurch because of their inability to compete with printers in Punjab.
