Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

When you learn that certain already complex arrangements will now involve yet more people, you’ll undoubtedly be as annoyed as you’re exasperated. While it’s true, this will mean decision-making of any kind is bound to take longer, at least you’ll be sure that everybody involved has agreed to the plans.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Everybody dreams about offers that come from out of the blue. But what to do when they actually appear is quite another matter, as you’re probably now discovering. Exciting as what’s arisen may be, it would mean making changes in longstanding arrangements or your daily routine which, obviously, doesn’t thrill you.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

As a Gemini, you thrive on change, via taking breaks in the routine and new ideas. Recently, however, there’s been very little of either. While this has been tedious, it’s also given you a chance to deal with, and put to rest, certain persistent practical or financial issues. Now it’s time to celebrate.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

There’s no easy way to confront somebody who’s as sensitive as they are stubborn. Still, if you don’t address issues frankly now, things will only get worse. Also, bear in mind that some of that sensitivity is their way of dominating situations. Be gentle but unyielding and they’ll realise you mean business.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

It’s unlike you, but you’ve been sidestepping one particular topic because you feel ill-equipped to discuss it. You’ve been hoping to become better informed before confronting others. The fact is, nobody knows much more than you. Do your research together and, in the process, you might resolve those differences.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

Obviously, last minute changes in plan are annoying. Worse, those behind these changes are ignoring the time and effort you invested in organising things in the first place. While it’s worth explaining, the individual in question makes make so little effort to organise anything, they’ll never understand why you’re irritated.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Over the next week or so you’re likely to encounter several seemingly overwhelming obstacles. These may appear insurmountable, but each is calling your attention to one particular area of your life that needs to change, possibly radically. For now, consider what might go. What’s next will surface over the coming weeks.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

The term ‘frank discussion’ means different things to different people. While you regard this as being about practical decisions, one particular individual would like to talk over various emotional issues, matters you’ve no intention of discussing. Consider doing so. What surfaces could answer lots of questions and resolve longstanding resentment.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

Don’t be concerned if life seems to be full of endings, but lacking in anything new, or exciting to replace what’s on its way out. What’s going is clearing the way for a cycle of intriguing ideas and ventures that come with the planetary activity of February’s last ten days.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Once your mind is clear about a situation, decision or even challenge, you’ll speak and act decisively. While, usually, this is a virtue, at the moment it means you’re ignoring potentially crucial ideas or options. Pay close attention to what others say, suggest or offer. At minimum, you’ll learn a lot.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

Since early January, when the communication planet Mercury moved into the most strategic portion of your chart, you’ve had to keep certain crucial thoughts to yourself. Obviously, this has given you plenty of opportunity for reflection. Now, as Mercury moves into Aquarius, you’ll finally be able to discuss those matters.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

You’re taking setbacks far too seriously. There’s a fine line between a plan needing to be rethought, as is the case with several matters, and there being a serious problem. The actual issues you’re facing involve fine-tuning details, and nothing more. Tackle them swiftly and those difficulties will vanish.
