Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg shared a picture on Monday giving a glimpse into his wardrobe which surprisingly only consisted of grey t-shirts and hoodies.

"I really want to clear my life to make it so that I have to make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community," said Zuckerberg in connection to the subject of his wardrobe.

Apparently, many of the most successful people in the world use the same strategy to cut down on the burdens of making choices.

The picture was shared by Zuckerberg during his paternity leave for the birth of his first child, Max.

Facebook’s Zuckerberg in India to get ‘next billion online’

In November, 2014, Zuckerberg held his first town-hall-style meeting at Facebook headquarters. Among the challenging questions about product changes and how the company decides what to work on (or not), one enterprising questioner asked about the ever-present grey t-shirt. The Facebook CEO answered, “I feel like I’m not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life, and that way, I can dedicate all my energy to building the best products and services and helping us reach our goal and achieve our mission.'”

He added, “There’s actually a bunch of psychology theory that even making small decisions around what you wear, or what you eat for breakfast, or things like that, they kind of make you tired and consume your energy. And my view is, I’m in this really lucky position where I get to wake up every day and help serve more than a billion people. And I feel like I’m not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life, and that way, I can dedicate all my energy to building the best products and services and helping us reach our goal and achieve our mission.”

The CEO has been noticed wearing a grey t-shirt on many occasions. In fact, he managed to attract a great deal of attention for appearing on the October issue of the Vanity Fair cover in his signature grey t-shirt. It was later confirmed that he was not styled by the magazine’s fashion and style director as he chose to wear his own clothes.

After all these years of amusement and curiosity over the CEO’s wardrobe, the picture posted on his Facebook has proved once and for all that the billionaire founder really does just buy grey t-shirts and hoodies in bulk and wears them every day.
