A four-day training course on basic life-saving techniques and civil defence kicked off on Monday for government officials in Bhakkar.

The course was organised on directives of Bhakkar DCO Mustajab Karamat. Civil Defence Chief Instructor Charagh Khan said the training programme will end on January 21.
