Rain: Weather turns chilly after first shower

MULTAN/ FAISALABAD/ LAHORE: Several districts received light showers on Tuesday. The weather turned chilly in Lahore and remained cloudy all day. A light drizzle began in the afternoon and continued into the evening. In Faisalabad, dark clouds gathered on Monday night and a light drizzle began on Tuesday morning. The Meteorological Department has predicted more rain and fog in and around Faisalabad division in the next 24 hours. Agriculture Department Assistant Director Naveed Asmat Kahloon said the first rain of the winter season would help Rabi crops, especially the wheat crop.
