International acclaim: Website rates Gen Raheel top general

Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif has topped the list of military generals in the world, according to a news website ABC News Point. The organisation has issued a list titled ‘Top 10 Best Military Commander Generals in the World 2015’. The chief of general staff or the military commander or military generals at times control hundreds of thousands of troops under a single order and may be considered influential personalities in the world,a according to the website. “When we talk about the best military generals, we consider their decision making, commands, ways to tackle enemies,” the website says. Gen Raheel beat US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey for the top slot. The website declared China’s top general Fang Fenghui third with Russia’s Valery Gerasimov and Turkish Hulusi Akar taking the fourth and fifth positions, respectively.
