A suspected target killer and Lyari gang member was arrested from Haripur on Saturday. DSP Headquarters Ishtiaq Khan told The Express Tribune the accused Zubair, a resident of Dharam Pani village, had been living in Karachi. There he joined a group of Lyari criminals and was involved in target killings and kidnapping for ransom cases. Ishtiaq said the suspect escaped to Haripur to evade arrest.
