PESHAWAR: All government and private educational institutions will reopen after winter vacation on January 1 (today). However, since it is the first day of the New Year, all banks across the province will remain closed. Moreover, due to the recent suicide attack in Mardan, security at educational institutions has been tightened in different areas.
