As many as 88 young graduates from 30 leading educational institutions located across Pakistan were selected for a graduate training programme on the basis of their educational competence and intellectual capabilities. They were then developed through a specially tailored developmental plan, designed to nurture the capabilities of each trainee. The company held a ceremony at the head office to honour its budding talent. Addressing the ‘Recognition and Graduation Ceremony 2015’, Zong’s Chief Human Resource Officer Wang Haibo said “The Zong GTP is all about identifying and nurturing talent by providing them the opportunity to become future leaders.”
