The seminar aimed at providing academic support to policy-makers to meet the energy shortage through alternative resources. In his inaugural speech Vice-Chancellor Dr Shahid Siddiqui said the university will encourage students to develop small projects in energy sector which could be displayed at the inventors’ exhibition next year. He underlined the need for developing small projects through conventional and non-conventional means.
