Gas Cylinder Explosion: 15 injured in Saidu Sharif hospital
The explosion took place in the children’s ward of the facility at around 8:15am
SAIDU SHARIF:
At least 15 people, including five children, were injured in a gas cylinder explosion at Central Hospital at Saidu Sharif, Swat on Tuesday. Medical Superintendent Dr Sadiq told The Express Tribune the explosion took place in the children’s ward of the facility at around 8:15am. “Around 10 attendants were wounded. The injured are in stable condition and most of them were discharged after they were administered first-aid.” According to eyewitnesses, windows of the hospital have been damaged after the explosion.
