More Cadets: PAF vows to assist provincial govt

Air Chief said the air force will supplement efforts of the K-P government in the education sector

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Air Force has vowed to assist the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government in providing quality education and manpower training facilities. This was stated in a handout issued by Chief Minister Secretariat on Saturday. According to the document, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman met Chief Minister Pervez Khattak at CM House. Aman assured the chief minister of PAF’s support. He said the air force will supplement efforts of the K-P government in the education sector. “These efforts will facilitate less privileged sections of the society,” the handout quoted Aman as saying. “It was agreed during the meeting that PAF will continue to contribute to the establishment of quality education centres,” read the statement. “The K-P government agreed to send young people for training to PAF.”
