Freezing cold: Temperatures plunge in Quetta

QUETTA: Quetta remained in the grip of freezing temperatures as the mercury plunged to five below zero. The weather was more fierce on the mountains, particularly the Kalat hill-station, where Met Office report -8 degree centigrade. The biting cold spell has forced people to remain indoors.
