A staffer of the Islamabad High Court was arrested after a single bench cancelled his pre-arrest bail in connection with selling a shop on bogus documents in Jinnah Super Market.
Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi cancelled the bail of court staffer, Saleem Aashir, and directed the police to inform the court if anyone tries to influence the case. Subsequently, the police arrested him from court and shifted him to Kohsar police station.
According to the investigation officer, Raees, the suspect along with his accomplices prepared bogus documents of a shop and sold it to the complainant of the case. The police have already arrested one of his accomplices, Ahmed Sarfaraz Shaikh, he said.
Earlier, Aashir was granted pre-arrest bail in the case by a district and sessions court.
