Prime Hydration, the wildly popular sports drink founded by Logan Paul and KSI, has been hit with another lawsuit, this time for a whopping $13 million in damages.

Agrovana, the company that supplies Prime's coconut water mix, has accused Prime of breach of contract. The lawsuit claims that Prime, after experiencing slower than anticipated sales, convinced Agrovana to adjust their contract to ship smaller quantities of the coconut powder. However, Prime allegedly had a surplus of inventory and canceled orders, defaulting on payments in the process.

Agrovana argues that Prime breached two separate contracts and is seeking full compensation for the damages incurred.

This lawsuit comes hot on the heels of another legal battle for Prime, as NASCAR driver Caesar Bacarella recently sued the company for trademark infringement, alleging that Prime's trademark applications encroach on his supplement company, Alpha Prime.

Despite its immense popularity and successful partnerships with major sports entities, Prime Hydration seems to be facing a series of legal challenges in 2024. The outcome of these lawsuits could have significant implications for the brand's future.
