Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing another lawsuit, this time from April Lampros, who accuses him of battery and sexual assault from incidents in the mid-'90s.

According to TMZ, Lampros, a former college student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, alleges she met Combs in 1994, and what started as affectionate gestures soon turned into an abusive relationship.

She details several assaults, including a rape in 1995, a sexual assault witnessed by a parking attendant, and another incident in 1996 involving forced drug use and coerced sex with Combs and his then-girlfriend, Kim Porter.

Additionally, she claims an assault occurred at her apartment around 2000 or 2001.

Lampros' lawsuit claims, "Combs promised to mentor her and help her by introducing her to music and fashion industry executives as well as assisting her with finding work."

The filing continues, "She felt that if she disobeyed him, he would take away her dreams of pursuing a career in his world. Mr. Combs would also threaten to blacklist her in the industry if she tried to mess with him in any way."

The lawsuit names Combs, Bad Boy Records, and Arista Records as defendants, TMZ reports.

Lampros is the second woman to file a lawsuit against Combs this week.

Crystal McKinney's federal lawsuit alleges Combs assaulted her in his recording studio and subsequently blacklisted her from the modeling industry.

Both women claim Combs promised to help their careers but used his influence to control and intimidate them.

Lampros' lawsuit includes photos and other evidence of her relationship with Combs.

Her lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, is also representing other accusers, including those alleging sexual misconduct by Combs and his son, Christian ‘King’ Combs.

The Combs family lawyers have denied these claims.
