Kareena's mother keeps a close eye on the daily expenditure of both her daughters.

Bebo may be all grown up and managing the household affairs of her Nawab husband but her mother Babita keeps a close eye on the daily expenditure of both her girls- the other being Karisma-to make sure they don’t indulge in prodigal spending.

According to PinkVilla, Babita often advises her daughters and the girls too, usually, listen to their mother. But this time around, 34-year-old Kareena didn’t pay heed when Babita asked her to not buy a new car.

Kareena laughed saying, “It’s the newest S Class Mercedes. I wanted a larger car. But mom fired me when I bought it. She said why couldn’t I have got a smaller car as it’s easier to manage such cars on the streets of Mumbai. But I love large and comfortable cars and they are a passion  that I like to indulge in.”

Well, mother Babita should thank her lucky stars that Bebo isn’t following in the footsteps of King Khan when it comes to automobiles. For SRK has invested INR 4 crores in a new vanity van designed by Dilip Chhabria’s company DC Design. This latest van is replete with all modern amenities and high-end technology. It has a custom designed sci-fi interior and all features are iPad-controlled.

vicktor d'souza | 8 years ago | Reply Pakistan does indeed have something commensurate with Bollywood; every 4th guy walking in the street in a city like Lahore is as good looking as your top tier Indian actor while it is for every 2nd guy in Peshawar ! We don't need the likes of Bollywood but rather better governance and less corruption.@ Malik
