Anil visited the set of dance reality show Dance + along with John and Shruti Haasan to promote the film.
He liked the performances put up by the contestants on the show and spoke about his fitness mantras.

“For someone to do such great dancing and feel young, one needs to be fit and eat right. I would love to have a body like my Welcome Back co-star John, who is so fit and fine,” Anil said in a statement.
Abraham just recently posted a motivational video on Facebook, in which he takes you through his fitness routine. The Bollywood actor known for his physique and intense gym regimen proves that he rigorously pumps some serious iron.
Abraham revealed that his gym is his ‘home’, his ‘temple’, his ‘mosque’ and his ‘church’. As a student of fitness, he advocated the importance of working out which is why he wanted to take his fans through a gym tour and introduce them to the equipment and his daily routine.

He further revealed that he is learning how to sculpt his body, and urged all his followers to make fitness a priority.
Hence, you cant blame Anil Kapoor for looking up to this 'fitness freak,' for whom health and fitness is number one priority.
Meanwhile, Welcome Back, which is a sequel of 2007 film Welcome, marks the return of Nana Patekar and Paresh Rawal to their respective roles. The film will hit the screens on September 4.
